Resellr: How We Handle Your Data

Resellr is provided by Wellbeing Apps Ltd. We believe in being upfront about how your data is used. No hidden surprises, no confusing legal wording.
What we collect and why
Your email address
Used so you can create an account, log in, and keep your data synced across devices.
Your name and profile photo
Optional. If you add these, we use them to personalise your profile inside the app.
Your scans, searches, and product lookups
When you scan a barcode or search for a product, we store information such as the barcode or search term, product result, buy cost, notes you add, and the analysis shown in the app.
We use this so you can view your history, revisit previous opportunities, and track what you have analysed.
Your inventory data
If you use inventory features, we store product details, buy cost, item status, sale price, sale platform, fees, shipping cost, and calculated profit information.
Your app settings
We store settings such as profit targets, ROI targets, default costs, VAT mode, marketplace, and buying strategy so Resellr can calculate results in the way you choose.
Camera and photo access
Resellr uses your camera to scan barcodes. If you choose to upload a profile photo, Resellr may access your photo library so you can select an image.
Biometric unlock
If you enable biometric unlock, your fingerprint or face data is handled by your device. Resellr does not receive or store your biometric data.
What we do with your data
We use your data to:

Calculate profit, ROI, and resale insights
Keep your inventory organised
Apply your chosen settings
Manage account access and subscriptions
Improve your experience inside the app
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not share your personal data with advertisers.
We do not track your activity outside Resellr for advertising purposes.
Who helps us run Resellr
Supabase
We use Supabase for authentication, database storage, file storage, and secure backend functions.
RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, purchases, renewals, cancellations, and restore purchases if you choose to upgrade.
Marketplace and product data providers
When you scan or search for a product, relevant product identifiers or search terms may be sent to marketplace and product data providers so Resellr can return pricing, demand, competition, and resale insight data. These providers receive the product lookup information needed to generate results, not your Resellr account profile.

Resellr provides estimates based on available marketplace and product data.

These are designed to support your decisions, not guarantee outcomes.
Markets change. Prices change. Demand changes. Sometimes a promising item may still not sell or may sell for less than expected.
Your data, your control
You can delete individual scan history records inside the app.
You can delete your account inside the app.
When you delete your account, we delete your Resellr account data from our active systems, including your settings, scan history, inventory data, usage records, and uploaded avatar.
Some service providers may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal, or operational reasons.
Data security
We use trusted infrastructure providers and access controls to protect your data. Resellr uses Supabase authentication, database security rules, and secure backend functions to keep user data separated between accounts.
No online service can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
